President and CEO
Wes joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2011 and was named president and CEO in 2017, having previously served as senior vice president and prospect manager. Under his leadership, Osage Oil & Gas Properties has become one of the largest most respected companies in the business. Growing up the son of a Landman, he believes in an old school customer service philosophy, “to give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money and that is sincerity and integrity.”
Mr. Sullivant graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance and later earned his MBA from Texas Christian University, where he was designated Top Scholar.
When he’s not at work, Wes enjoys spending time with his wife, coaching his kids' sports teams, and spending time outdoors. He is involved with various charitable organizations and is a member of the OCAPL, TAPL and AAPL.
Vice President – Land
Justin Vick joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2018, bringing over a decade of in-house experience. Before joining Osage Oil & Gas Properties, he worked for Linn Energy, Inc., as a Land Manager for Linn’s Mid-Continent assets in Oklahoma, Texas Panhandle, East Texas and Louisiana. Justin was responsible for 500,000 acres across three states, a 40,000-acre leasing and drilling program in the Merge, North Louisiana, and East Texas, as well as being the A&D land lead for acquisitions and divestitures in excess of $6B; Roan Resources at $3B, Granite Wash Divestiture of $2B and Devon non-core acquisition of $2B.
Mr. Vick is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and belongs to several professional associations, including the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen.
Jerrod R. Hardegree, RPL
Mr. Hardegree joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in the fall of 2015 bringing 13 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry to the team. He currently plays a key role in the overall management and has been instrumental in the growth and development of Osage Oil & Gas Properties. His consultative and team-based approach has significantly improved Osage Oil & Gas Properties standards in title examination, due diligence review, and business development.
Jerrod entered the oil and gas industry in July of 2005 as an independent field Landman, gaining knowledge in leasing, surface damage negotiation, and title examination for Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Arkansas.
He is passionate about the local oil and gas community and has served as past Secretary and Treasurer for the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen and currently serve as Vice President. He has also been involved in AAPL and OCAPL Field Landman Educational Committee Chair/Liaison from 2013-2016.
Jerrod is an active member of AAPL and OCAPL and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Senior Prospect Advisor
Mr. Corbyn joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2016 as a Project Manager. He has worked extensively in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Arkansas. Will began his oil and gas career in 2006, as a landman for a small Oil and Gas company that focused on selling vertical drilling opportunities to larger E & P companies. After four years he joined Chesapeake Energy, in roles ranging from Title Landman and Crew Chief to Exploration Landman.
Will graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Mr. Corbyn is a loyal member of the OCAPL.
He is a devoted husband and father of two that loves sports and spending time with his family.
Senior Prospect Advisor
Mr. Holsted joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2017. Bringing over a decade of industry experience, he is well versed in complex HBP title and has been instrumental in ensuring the most complex projects are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
In 2006, Alan started in the industry with a family-owned brokerage firm in Norman, Oklahoma. Since that time, Alan has worked in every facet of the land business, both in-house and in the field.
He is a proud Oklahoma native and enjoys spending time with his family and two children.
Mr. York joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2016, bringing over 30 years of surface and operations experience. Phillip previously held managerial positions at Land Services, Inc., Tenneco and York Consulting.
Phillip has been critical in the development of our surface operations team. He advises many of our clients on all surface related projects including but not limited to pipeline route studies, surface acquisition/construction/mitigation, facilities acquisition/construction, ROW and location acquisition/settlement, seismic and due diligence.
He ensures regulatory compliance practice with COE, DOT, BIA, Railroads, Environmental, Federal, State, County and local municipalities including public speaking and public hearings. Phillip is accomplished in environmental studies, construction practices, surveying, AutoCAD, budgets and feasibility studies.
He is a member of both the OCAPL and the IRWA.
Phillip is a native Oklahoman who currently resides with his family in OKC.
Ms. Fowler joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2017. Alicia brings over 5 years of field and managerial experience. She is responsible for the supervision of field landmen, leasing agents and land technicians and has been instrumental in developing our acquisition and divestiture due diligence team.
Alicia earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Alicia is an active and loyal member of AAPL and OCAPL. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs, Luna and Hermione.
Senior Operations Manager - Regulatory/Compliance Manager
John joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2016 as a Prospect Manager. John brings over 20 years of industry experience. He has worked in every facet of the land business, both in-house and in the field. He has been a key advisor in the development of our reporting and operational efficiency endeavors.
Mr. Frank obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Oklahoma in 1995.
John is a long-time member of the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen, having served on the Board of Directors as Public Relations Co-Chair for the OCAPL and is currently on the Weekend Take Off Committee. John is also a 2001 Graduate of Leadership Norman.
John is active in the community, having served as volunteer and Board Member for Meals on Wheels of Norman, Jazz In June and the Norman Arts Council. He is an avid swimmer and is happily married with 4 children.
Mike T. Walker, RPL
Senior Prospect Manager
Mike Joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2018. He brings over 35 years of industry experience, previously serving as CEO and President of Bent Tree Properties. Mike has worked in all phases of the Oil and Gas Industry from title examination, leasing, surface damages, due diligence, Federal, State, BIA, seismic permitting and right-of-way work. His work areas include Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, Arkansas, North Dakota, Montana and Colorado.
Mike has devoted countless volunteer hours with both AAPL and OCAPL. He served as OCAPL President in 2013 and was named the 2017 Landman of the Year.
He enjoys traveling, gardening and tending to the dogs with his wife Charlie. His family get-togethers with his son Chris, his daughter-in-law Lisa and granddaughter Eden mean the world to him.
Information Technology and Operations Specialist
Mr. Asbill joined Osage Oil & Gas Properties in 2016. He brings over 20 years of experience, having most recently worked as a manager for Bent Tree Properties and Boomerang Land Services.
He started his oil and gas career in June 2004, working as an independent field landman. Jay’s background in information technology and all things digital ensures Osage Oil & Gas Properties' product is continually running up-to-date and accurately. He is a team player who believes that honesty and efficiency is the best way to serve clients and landowners.
Jay is an active member of AAPL and OCAPL and he loves volunteering, hiking, and spending time with his family.
